All of the recovery information can be found in many meetings throughout New Jersey and as they say, "Take what you like and leave the rest." Please remember that recovery is a journey that starts with a single step. For many of us taking the first step has led to a completely new way of life; freedon from the chains of addiction. If you are just starting out, be gentle with yourself. You didn't get sick over night so most likely you are not going to recover overnight. I know I made many mistakes in the begining, still do for that matter. But just for today I am happy, free and sober. I wish you the peace that passes all understanding.
