LET GO, LET GOD

"LET GO, LET GOD", we say so often, but what do we really talk about? Is It letting go of small irritations, and petty behavior that crosses our path daily, or is it the large hurts? With small ones, if we don't let go, they grow into giants. They are not really worthwhile, so why not turn them loose now. That little slight you got from your friend - was it intended? Perhaps, but thinking about it doesn't help and it may have been the result of the person's own frustrations.

Don't let yourself feel hatred, jealousy and envy of another. Let go of such luxuries. Clean your mind out immediately - spring cleaning if you will - and you will be surprised what a wonderful effect it has on you, both physically and mentally. Let them go now, for it is» your sanity that is on the firing line.

What about our real and important problems«» - the bitter disappointments and the real wrongs and heartbreaking sorrows? Well, we'll have to let them go too. Maybe we will let them leave us slowly, but be sure that they go. Put away the regrets and bitterness and let our sadness and, tears soften the day. Remember, tears are the floodgate of the soul and wash out many a hurt and injury.

Then we have those little ailments that we keep talking about and do nothing to get rid of them. Either let them go or do something to solve the problem - real or imagined. A happy mind begets a happy body, and when we talk good health, good health is more apt to come than worrying silently or talking about a pet ailment.

Letting go of things gets to be a good habit and it is good habits that we need. The world can be a beautiful place, you know, providing you look up and enjoy it - and it is free, which makes it more Important.

Spend some time learning to let go, for if you value your healthy body and peace of mind, you'll have to simply LET GO and LET GOD. Faith is our greatest aid in accomplishing this and in the long run, the God of my understanding will do what is best. LET GO, LET GOD. People with faith adjust to the day and we can depend on God, you know.
