  • You don't have to suffer to get what you need.
  • You don't have to be dependent on others for your self esteem.
  • You have the right to ask for what you want and need.
  • You can trust yourself now.
  • You have a right to say yes or no without guilt.
  • You are good enough to be loved.
  • You can have fun whenever you chose.
  • You can have confidence in your ability.
  • You can let yourself win.
  • You can forgive yourself and others for past hurts and mistakes.
  • You have aright to surround yourself with people who nurish you.
  • You can take credit for what you have done.
  • You can let others in instead of being lonely.
  • You have lots of choices. Exercise them.
  • You don't have to struggle to survive anymore.
  • You have a right to say as you see it.
  • You deserve to be happy. Be happy.
  • You have a right to have open and loving relationships.
  • You do not have to control or manipulate others to get what you want and need.
  • You can let go of the losses you have suffered in the past and instead, you can talk about the past without guilt and feel free.
  • It is okay to let people in, to trust them.
  • You have a right to express your feelings whether they are negative or positive.
  • You can let down your guard. You are safe.
  • You are lovable and capable.
  • You can be mad, sad, angry and frustrated and still be a sucess in life.
  • You have a right to be you. You are not bound by your past.
  • You have a right to give and receive affection.
  • I'm so glad you are here.
  • You have a right to be your own person.
  • I love you.
